About Harris Hill Road Raceway

Harris Hill Raceway is a 1.8 mile motorsports race track in San Marcos, TX. There’s also an occasional rally course of about 1.3 miles, and a dirt bike play area. There are lots of training events and special events, mostly given by 3rd parties. Local race series are generally open to the public without a fee–although there is some talk about charging a few bucks to watch races.

Membership Rules

The track is available to rent, and so hosts private events from the Porsche Club of America and local Subaru and Cobra groups, for example. Harris Hill also offer private memberships for about 200 dollars a month. Members have largely unlimited track time, unless a special event is underway.

Bring Your Helmet: Safety Rules

There are safety rules; helmets are required for drivers and passengers. Full race gear is required for motorcycle members. Motorcycles have their own open track time, motorcycles and cars never mix on the track.
